What you are buying

The package you select, as described on the packages page. Each package is a defined set of done-for-you deliverables and, where stated, live sessions.

Delivery

Done-for-you items are typically delivered within a few working days of receiving your CV and completed intake. Live sessions are booked after purchase.

Upgrades

You may upgrade within 60 days of purchase and pay only the difference between packages. After 60 days, standard prices apply.

Refunds

No guarantee and no representation

Coaching improves your chances in the open market. It is not a job or placement guarantee. It is separate from any recruitment service, and purchasing coaching does not put you forward for roles or influence any recruitment process.

Your responsibilities

The work depends on accurate information from you. Everything we produce is based on what you provide, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your own history and claims.
